At Havrenn & Co., we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Below is important information regarding our shipping procedures, costs, timelines, and responsibilities for Worldwide Orders.

General Shipping Timeline

  • Most orders are delivered within 6-8 business days with Standard Shipping and 4-5 business days with Expedited Shipping, depending on product availability and location.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
  • Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.
  • Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • All shipping charges, including expedited and international shipping fees, are non-refundable.

International Shipping

  • International delivery times are estimates and may be extended due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price unless specified. Customers are responsible for paying these charges upon delivery.
  • If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or rejects the package, the shipment will be returned to us. Only the product price will be refunded. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.
  • Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
  • Some international orders may require identity or payment verification before processing.
  • Certain products such as leather or fur items may require special export documentation or additional fees.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
  • Returns for international orders must follow the conditions outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable local fees.

1. Do you offer next-day shipping?

We currently do not guarantee next-day shipping due to production timelines and courier availability. However, expedited shipping (4-5 business days) is available.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping charges may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and customs processing.

4. Can I schedule a delivery date or time?

Unfortunately, we cannot schedule specific delivery dates or times. You may coordinate directly with the courier once your tracking information is provided.

5. Can I pick up my order in person?

No, we currently do not offer in-person pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the provided address.

6. What if I ordered the wrong size?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the size. If it has already shipped, you can request an exchange according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. How should I pack a leather jacket for return shipping?

Wrap the jacket in bubble wrap or acid-free tissue paper, fold it carefully to prevent creasing, and place it in the original packaging with tags and receipts attached.

8. Can you include a gift note or special packaging?

Currently, we do not offer gift notes or special packaging, but we plan to add gift options in the future.
